Work alongside the Executive Chef for the production of Lunch and Dinner, achieving and maintaining the brand standards and exceeding Guests’ expectations.
Achieve the correct standard in each section of the kitchen.
Ensure full compliance with strictest health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a Sous Chef in the kitchen of a luxury hotel or award winning restaurant
- Have experience in leading, supervising and motivating a team
- Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail and excellence
