As Executive Chef at Hyatt, you will
Be responsible for several points of sale
Manage an international brigade
Supervise the quality of the dishes and its follow-up
Develop menus according to the seasons
Control your budgets
Within the Hyatt Group, you are attached to your General Manager.
Permanent position, based internationally.
Executive Chef or Executive Sous-chef experience
Strong leadership skills
Curious, creative and open to new concepts
