A very exciting time to join the hotel as the restaurant and kitchen will be re-launched in August under the guidance of the new Executive Chef - Dirk Gieselmann.
The team are welcoming Chefs excited by fresh produce and joining in time to open the Restaurant.
The role of Chef de Partie involves working straight shifts and:
Leading a team of DCDP’s and Commis chefs to prepare mise-en-place, items and dishes for the team
Lead the service for your section.
Assisting with the creation of new menu items
Making dishes or carving at Service stations for events
Ensuring all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will be:
Passionate about the culinary industry and use of fresh local produce
Experienced within a hotel, restaurant or contract catering establishment using fresh produce.
Enjoys leading and developing a team.
Good understanding and use of English language.
